“Interpretation” of the genocide by the International Court of Justice / "Interprétation" du génocide par la Cour Internationale de Justice

Clearly, it will have seen and heard everything when it comes to the interpretation of the genocide in the Gaza Strip! Thus, the International Court of Justice speaks of abuses, bombings, destruction, forced displacement of populations, and shortages in the delivery of food and medicine, without ever indicating by name the State which is responsible! Worse, even after the publication of the Court's resolution, nothing has changed on the ground. The populations are still victims of bombings without distinction! Any ceasefire is considered by the occupying army as a "defeat", while its "breakthroughs" on the ground are questionable, at a time when the opposing party continues to inflict heavy losses on it. One way or another, being cited in an open resolution of the International Court of Justice, which will continue to accumulate evidence against it, the occupying army is already "defeated" and removes from its State its historical "aura" of persecuted people...

Décidémment, on aura tout vu et tout entendu en matière d'interprétation du génocide dans la bande de Gaza! Ainsi, la Cour Internationale de Justice parle d'exactions, de bombardements, de destructions, de déplacements forcés de populations,de raréfaction d'acheminement de vivres et de médicaments, sans jamais indiquer nommément l'Etat qui en est responsable ! Pire, même après la publication de la résolution de la Cour, rien a changé sur le terrain. Les populations sont toujours victimes sans distinction de  bombardements ! Tout cessez-le-feu est considéré par l'armée d'occupation comme une "défaite", alors que ses "percées" sur le terrain sont sujettes à caution, au moment où la partie adverse continue de lui infliger de lourdes pertes. D'une manière ou d'une autre, le fait d'être cité dans une résolution ouverte de la Cour Internationale du Justice, qui va continuer d'accumuler des preuves contre elle, l'armée d'occupation est déjà "défaite" et fait ôter à son Etat son "aura" historique de peuple persécuté...
