Il existe en "diplomatie subtile" une estocade imparable pour ne pas accorder de grâce a un condamné ayant une double nationalité, qui a touché à des constantes de la nation, qui a osé affirmer, entres autres insanités, que certaines portions du territoire national appartiennent au pays voisin. C'est la déchéance de la nationalité et l'expulsion du territoire national qui sont les parades implacables. Le garder en prison est contreproductif au plan des relations internationales. Cela est du ressort du Président de la République, afin de contrer dans la foulée, les tenants de la "radicalité patriotique", qui ne rend pas forcément service au pays. Point à la ligne.

NB: Evidemment, les pouvoirs publics doivent permettre aux bannis d'assister aux funérailles de leurs proches du premier degré, en toute discrétion, et leur permettre de repartir en toute liberté. Ce cas de figure est également valable pour un autre protagoniste dont je tairais le nom, recherché par mandat international et qui a perdu sa mère. Il faut lui permettre d'en faire le deuil, accepter qu'il reparte du territoire nationale et attendre que la procédure de son arrestation soit accepté par Interpol. C'est cela le prisme du discernement...

Dernière minute : Evidemment, étendre la déchéance de la nationalité aux dissidents résidents à l'étranger qui critiquent la gouvernance du pays par le régime politique illégitime en place est un prétexte honteux et hors de proportion avec la liberté de penser prônée par la Constitution. Sauf à ceux qui veulent toucher à l'intégrité du territoire national et la souveraineté nationale, avec des preuves incontestables et où ils se trouvent.
