Durant ce mois béni du Ramadhan, les ménages pourront bénéficier de viande fraiche à des prix relativement modérés, sans bousculade, même si une certaine tension persiste pour des produits tels que l'huile et le café, dans certaines régions, mais probablement pour cause de spéculation, semble-t-il. Par ailleurs, la production de lait frais a permis de réduire grandement l'importation de poudre de lait. Bravo ! Les mêmes efforts doivent être fournis pour la viande de bœuf locale. Voila, lorsqu'il faut jeter des fleurs, c'est avec fierté qu'on se doit de le faire...

Ce que ne semble pas comprendre les autorités occidentales, c'est que les individus soumis à Obligation de Quitter le Territoire sont capables d'aller jusqu'au au meurtre pour échapper à un retour forcé dans leur pays d'origine, profils psychiatrique ou terroriste souvent "fabriqués"... Ils préfèrent subirent la perpétuité en Occident que de revenir dans leurs pays, qui leur offrent peu de perspectives professionnelles d'avenir. Maintenant que des consulats refusent de délivrer des laisser-passer diplomatiques à leurs ressortissants avérés, qui ont foutu la pagaille dans d'autres pays que les-leurs, cela dépasse l'entendement!

Je ne comprends pas que des compatriotes veuillent rester dans des pays qui les honnissent, pour des raisons raciales, sociales ou économiques. S'ils ne sont pas parvenus à s'intégrer aux sociétés occidentales, c'est, je crois,  pour une question purement culturelle. Personne n'a le droit de vouloir imposer sa croyance religieuse dans des sociétés où elle est minoritaire, voire répréhensible pour des discours jihadistes prônés par des individus radicaux, qui ne savent même pas qu'ils sont la plupart du temps manipulés.

Même si des mesures radicales vont être décidées pour les chasser manu militari, hélas, le mal est fait. Ils auront déjà causé un immense tort à la crédibilité, à l'honneur et au renom de leurs pays d'origine.

Dans sa lutte contre le change parallèle et le blanchement d'argent, le gouvernement vient de décider l'installation de bureaux de change aux frontières, où les voyageurs seraient tenus de déclarer leurs devises. 

Premières observations :

1) Les voyageurs en partance du pays seraient tenu de quitter le territoire national immédiatement après l'octroi de leur allocation-devises, la faisant échapper ainsi au change parallèle. Bonne initiative, lorsque le voyageur se dirige en Europe, Asie ou Amérique, mais pas au niveau des frontières terrestres, où des trafiquants ne font que composter leurs passeports à la police des frontières avant de retourner au pays, pour alimenter le change parallèle.

Par ailleurs, la limitation du transfert de devises une seule fois par année civile serait justifiable pour des touristes, mais pas pour des hommes d'affaires qui sont tenus de faire plusieurs sorties. Du reste, il s'agit de leurs propres devises et ils ont le droit d'en disposer comme ils l'entendent, dans le temps et l'espace.

2) Les voyageurs arrivant au pays (notamment les émigrés) seraient tenus de faire le change officiel à leur arrivée. Sauf qu'ils ne sont obligés à aucun minima de change et ils auront intérêt à alimenter le change parallèle pour augmenter leur "parité", en cachant leurs devises dans leurs bagages. A moins de les fouiller tous et systématiquement. Ce qui serait fastidieux et antinomique, notamment pour des touristes.

3) Malheureusement, sur le plan technique, les nouvelles mesures accusent non seulement des retards d'application mais également l'absence de dispositifs fiables et généralisés aux frontières d'octroi des devises, qui doivent échapper au change parallèle. Tout ceci pour dire que lorsque le pouvoir politique décide d'un changement économique ou financier, il doit tenir compte des soubassements techniques indispensables pour la fiabilité de nouvelles mesures.

Conclusion :

Mesures insuffisantes, pour ne pas dire illusoires... En matière de change, le dindon de la farce, c'est la monnaie nationale. Comment faire pour consolider sa parité sur le marché international et en faire une devise forte, comme celle des pays modernes ? Là est le véritable combat patriote!

En ces jours bénis de cessez-le-feu à Ghaza, et avant cela l'union de tout le peuple syrien pour la reconstruction de son pays, je n'ai pour seule ressource que de republier ci-bas un article que j'ai écris le 16 Aout 2024 au sujet de la Palestine, pour la destruction des murs, pour des élections pluralistes libres qui excluent tous les extrémismes. Il y a plusieurs composantes en Palestine, mais une seule nation, où les ethnies et les religions doivent cohabiter. Point à la ligne !

NB1: Je parle de la Palestine historique et pas d'un autre Etat issu de contingences internationales concoctées sur le dos des populations autochtones installées là-bas depuis des siècles.

NB2:Le meilleur exemple est celui de la Suisse, où quatre communautés(Allemande, française, italienne et romanche) cohabitent et font de leur pays une vitrine incontestable de la réussite sociale, nonobstant celle économique.

NB3: Dernière minute!!! A peine le cessez-le-feu instauré à Ghaza, voila déjà des promoteurs immobiliers ambitieux sous patronage des grands de ce monde,  qui veulent faire de l'enclave la Riviera du Proche-Orient. Rien que ça ! Oui, mais pas sur le dos des habitants d'origine de la bande ! Ses habitants n'accepteront jamais de brader leurs terres! Certes, les constructions vont exiger des déplacements de population, mais rien n'empêche de les accueillir dans des habitations provisoires viables, type préfabriqué, à Ghaza même, mais jamais casées dans d'autres pays, sans éventuellement  possibilité de retour!

C'est, du moins, le souhait de tous les hommes de bonne volonté sur la Planète Terre... Nous avons vu tant d'horreurs à Ghaza ! Cela suffit ! Il faut aller franchement à la table des négociations et trouver des solutions acceptées par tous. Les Palestiniens ne doivent pas ajouter de l'huile sur le feu ! Leur population n'en peut plus ! Tous ces morts innocents, ces destructions disproportionnées par rapport à l'enjeu réel du conflit ! Le temps de la quiétude et de la reconstruction est venu ! Je plaide pour un seul Etat en Palestine, où vivront en bonne intelligence toutes les composantes du pays. Une nation plurielle mais unie pour faire de la région une référence mondiale en matière de paix et de prospérité.  Mais tout le monde sait que cela doit passer par l'éradication des extrémistes de tous bords ! يوم جيد،

في هذه الأيام المباركة من وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، وقبل ذلك اتحاد كل الشعب السوري من أجل إعادة بناء بلده، ليس لدي مورد آخر سوى إعادة نشر مقال كتبته في 16 أغسطس 2024 عن فلسطين، من أجل تدمير الجدران، من أجل انتخابات تعددية حرة تستبعد كل التطرف. هناك عدة مكونات في فلسطين، ولكن أمة واحدة فقط، حيث يجب أن تتعايش الجماعات العرقية والأديان. نقطة!

ملاحظة 1 : أنا أتحدث عن فلسطين التاريخية وليس دولة أخرى ناتجة عن طوارئ دولية تم إعدادها على حساب السكان الأصليين الذين استقروا هناك لقرون.

ما لم تكن هناك أي خدعة على شبكة الإنترنت، عندما يدين الرئيس الإسرائيلي مذبحة المستوطنين في المنطقة الغربية، فهل هذا هو في النهاية علامة على السلام الدائم في الشرق الأوسط؟ على الأقل، هذه هي رغبة كل الرجال ذوي النوايا الحسنة على كوكب الأرض... لقد رأينا الكثير من الأهوال في غزة! هذا يكفي! يجب أن نذهب بصراحة إلى طاولة المفاوضات ونبحث عن حلول مقبولة من قبل الجميع. يجب ألا يضيف الفلسطينيون الوقود إلى النار! لم يعد شعبهم يتحمل المزيد! كل هذه الوفيات البريئة، هذا الدمار غير المتناسب مع المخاطر الحقيقية للصراع! لقد حان وقت السلام وإعادة الإعمار! حتى لو استغرق الاستياء وقتًا طويلاً حتى يختفي!

Quel est le véritable talon d'Achille intemporel du gouvernement ? 

C'est la décision qui serait prise par l'Union Européenne d'imposer le visa Schengen aux pontes du régime et à leurs familles, passeport diplomatique ou pas... Cependant, il faut une décision unanime des Etats pour que les mesures soient déterminantes.

Que se passerait-il alors ?

Les pontes du régime seraient capables de lâcher ce gouvernement. Tout bonnement! Des grincements de dents commence déjà à se manifester...

Et plus grave, ils n'hésiteraient pas à offrir leurs "services" à la partie adverse pour garder leurs "privilèges"... Le nationalisme ? Ils en ont fichtre foutre, dès lors qu'on a osé toucher à leurs intérêts... C'est comme cela que fonctionne la servilité humaine depuis la nuit des temps! Ils vont enfin comprendre que l'obéissance aveugle ne permet pas toutes les largesses...
